Pear Tree Dental has been established for over 20 years providing private family dentistry. The practice has very loyal patients and a lovely family feel to it. This is an exciting time to join the team as they enter into their partnership with Dentex. As the Practice Manager you will be responsible for driving the centre’s performance by delivering objectives relating to revenue targets, KPIs and cost management. You will recruit, retain and directly manage a team of professional clinicians, nurses, receptionists and support staff. You will also be responsible for audit and financial processes, which must be completed to both company and CQC standards.
You will enjoy considerable responsibility and autonomy yet receive support from your manager, plus have full access to the head office team.
You will have, motivation and drive to make the role your own and successful. You will have first class interpersonal skills to manage key stakeholder relationships. Organisation skills including prioritising important deadlines whilst managing reactive business needs are also a must. You will have strong commercial awareness/business acumen coupled with experience of analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make problem solving commercial decisions relating to the practice. You will have good people management experience including conducting one-to-ones, performance reviews and managing staff development. Ideally you will be a qualified dental nurse who has experience of practice management looking to perhaps step up into a full time manager role.
