Granta Dental are currently recruiting an experienced, part-time Orthodontist for their established practice in Cambridge. Since 1990 they have been active in advancing dental care; they have been involved in the development of pioneering treatments such as ozone treatment and computerised bite diagnosis. They are also one of the UK’s first BioPAK Centres, offering scans to diagnose jaw, teeth or face problems.
Interested candidates must be on the specialist GDC orthodontic list and have over 2 years of clinical experience in Orthodontics and command a good working knowledge in the UK private dental sector. You will have the ability to manage your own time and decisions. For the right person there is great scope in the practice to expand patient treatments, providing an excellent income. You must have some private experience and have an excellent patient manner, to deal with high-end private patients.
The successful candidate will need to have an integrated approach to other dental disciplines as cases range from early intervention prevention, wear and routine cases. You will need to be emphatic, logical and authentic to the holistic values of the practice. It is essential to be able to build long term trust with colleagues and patients and to develop your skills and the practice.
