Dental Care Group have created a new role for a Treatment Coordinator due to increased workloads and growth of our practices across Berkshire. You will be the first point of contact for patients exploring treatment options and services, and therefore you must be able to communicate effectively and show a great level of care, to educate and support new and existing patients.
You will provide complimentary assessments to patients; discussing their needs, treatment options and costs that are available. Patient relationship management will be an important part of your day, offering all visitors a warm welcome and providing empathy. You will explain and offer high-end, multi-disciplinary treatment plans to patients. You must ensure marketing campaigns are fully utilised to ensure maximum success. Occasionally you will also have reception duties – front of house, answering the telephone, triaging patients. Multitasking is a must as you maintain multiple diaries, managing the required diary space to accommodate a sufficient number of consultations.
Working 40 hours per week, across our practice network in Berkshire, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday. You must have a great clinical knowledge, excellent phone manner, first class IT, administration and communication skills.
You will ideally have experience in a health/dental clinic as a nurse and a passion for sales in a high end customer focused business. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business that can offer you a rewarding and challenging career.
